Delivery and Payment

On orders above 1990 CZK, we offer FREE delivery. On smaller orders we have a delivery charge of 290 CZK.
Payments can be made in the final step of your order via a secure online payment gateway. You can also make the payment on receiving your cleaned laundry. Our drivers accept all major credit and debit card payments as well as cash payments.
Usually within the next day of placing an order (our shortest delivery guarantee is within 24hours). However, from time to time, we like to play at being superheroes and in urgent cases we’re capable of express delivery!

Yes, you definitely can. We’ll happily arrange regular pickups. Just send us an email to hello@wehateironing.cz or call +420 607 000 944.
Orders exceeding 1990 CZK get FREE pickup and delivery.
In such a case, please contact our customer care on +420 607 000 944. If you inform us 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time, we’re sure we’ll find a solution. Our customer care will reschedule the delivery for a later time or another day. However, if you do not contact us within this time frame, we’ll unfortunately have to add an extra delivery charge of 290 CZK.
Place all your laundry into whatever bag. Ideally, please place shoes and iron only laundry into separate bags. We’ll return your bags along with the cleaned items.

Yes, we have two. One at Florentinum (Prague 1) and one at Brumlovka (Prague 4).
Most often it’s the classics, like shirts, suits, dresses, coats, etc. We also clean winter coats and jackets (and waterproof them), bedding, sofa covers and other household fabrics. We do not as of yet clean carpets, leather or fur items.
Yes, we do. Simply tick the ironing only box in our online form.
No, you don’t. If you don’t want to sort your laundry yourself, simply tick the box “sort and count my items” when filling in our online order form. Throw everything into one bag, our driver will pick it up, our cleaners will carefully sort each item and then send you a list of your items including the pricing via email.
To cancel your order right away, simply click on the box “cancel order” in the confirmation email we sent you. Speedy cancellation is free of charge. However, should you cancel your order less than 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup time, we will charge you 290 CZK for transport costs.
If you become a registered customer, your details will be filled in automatically the next time you place an order. Creating a customer account lets you view your order history, and earn bonus points when you refer us to a friend.

Refunds Policy

Yes, we are. Though instances where items get misplaced or lost happen at We Hate Ironing very rarely, such items may be reimbursed.
