Dispute Resolution
Out-of-court handling of consumer complaints is provided by the Seller through the electronic address hello@wehateironing.cz. In the event that a consumer dispute arises between the Seller and the Customer under the contract, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Customer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is:
