What to check on a suit or dress
Creases from storage. A suit or dress that’s spent a year hanging or even folded away often develops creases that a home iron won’t remove – especially on silk, satin, or delicate fabrics with sequins.
Old stains. A stain from last year’s toast or make-up that never got dealt with tends to set into the fabric over time and becomes harder to remove. The sooner you get it treated, the better your chances.
Accessories. A bow tie, tie, or a delicate scarf deserves the same care as the main piece – a small detail can spoil an otherwise perfect look.
How much time to allow
We’d recommend booking at least 4–5 days before the event. We typically pick up and return items clean and pressed within 24 hours, leaving you a buffer in case you need something extra arranged, like waterproofing or a small repair.
What it costs
According to our price list:
• Men’s suit – 635 CZK
• Blazer – 320 CZK
• Formal trousers – 275 CZK
• Evening/formal dress – 665 CZK
• Shirt – 135 CZK (ironing only 125 CZK)
Pickup and delivery are free on orders over 1,990 CZK – if you’re sending in a suit and shirt together, you’ll usually clear that threshold easily.
An extra tip
If you go through ball season more than once a year (parents of prom-goers know the feeling), it’s worth booking your next order right after the first ball – one less thing to stress about before the next one.
Don’t leave it to the last minute. Book a pickup today and have your suit or dress ready well ahead of time.
